Pros
Great pay and benefits. They really care about the safety of their employees. Lots of opportunities to move within the company to different positions which may end up making you see all around the world. You'll make more money than the others in other companies doing the same job as you.
Cons
Just like every other big company, bureaucracy is a big disadvantage. Nobody questions whether the way things are done could be better or not. So hard to make changes since it needs multiple approvals from upper levels. Because it works the way it is, nobody wants to mess with the methods the things are done and step under the spotlight.
