Rewarding and frustrating - Corporate Affairs Specialist BHP Employee Review

This pisotion was both rewarding and exquisitely frustrating. I worked there for 2 years without management providing single KPI. KPIs are what bonuses are supposed to be based off of. Senior management seems to have conflicting directives, which creates a redundancy. Too high of a focus on gender equity. Managers are hiring gender, rather than who's right for the job.
