      - decent package ( salary + site allowance + bonus + match super if you contribute more + phone reimbursement) - 5 weeks annual

      Cons

      - Huge workload - limited support - finger in way too many pies (frazzling) - Arrogant and aggressive workforce - Everyone playing defence kind of culture - hierarchical - not a collaborative environment - fifo off swings don’t replenish energy for the on swing - Nepotism but for friends
