      Pros

      Work life balance is one of the best out there. I have no issues taking time off to do personal tasks and then return to work without issues. Relatively easy to work if you can tolerate cons.

      Lack of commitment to decisions or lack of decision making itself is rife.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
