      Pros

      Pros are few and far between. The office is in a central location with a well stocked pantry that has drinks and snacks.

      Cons

      -Blatant sexual misconduct. Married male colleagues in senior management roles will try all ways and means to get with a younger female colleague. Openly touching and saying inappropriate things around others. -Petty politics that slows down work efficiency -Terrible culture looms over the entire office -Little to no collaboration between functions -Low salary range and bonus compared to other FMCGs

      Pros

      Healthy and friendly work atmosphere with genuinely caring people. Inclusivity is very important. Benefits are very good. Cafeteria is good. HQ is in a great area. Company works hard to promote positive work culture. Opportunities to get to know smart, friendly, interesting colleagues from all around the globe.

      Like anywhere else, the economy is very tough right now and tough decisions have to be made
