Low pay with no raises and repetitive work - Art Director BNP Media Employee Review

Raises and bonuses were rare; no yearly reviews or feedback; once the company went fully remote I had very little interaction from my managing Senior Art Director (maybe once or twice per year by email); layoffs were common and sudden - co-workers with several years at the company lost their jobs; little to no creative/career growth opportunities available
