New PDP process is a joke. Client service experience is a joke. 3 pillars is a joke. New CARE model is a joke, take a lesson from PetSmart what CARE should mean. There would be no improvement in Associate engagement if it wasn't for the team leaders in the hospital, not even the lead doctors. These team leaders acknowledge employees that are recognized, but when it comes to giving that employee a surprise like lunch, prize basket, or gift card, Field leadership doesn't want to reimburse them for the money they paid out. I've seen it done with my team leader, and my lead doctor said nothing to defend her. Field leadership has walked all over my team leader, making her feel less than adequate, always picking on her and she has made my team and hospital what it has become today. I've recently have thought about quitting because of the things I've seen. Hospitals are not equipped with the right materials our dental machine has broken many times, animals teeth are not cleaned properly, because of the broken equipment. Field leaders never recognize or appreciate the staff for doing a good job, they think the doctors are the ones who should get the recognition, meanwhile the staff does about 75% of the hard work. My leader made a great team and is now going to be handing all her hard work off to someone that knows nothing about Banfield, our clients or our hospital.
