Leadership shows a genuine concern for the employees. The company has fun, creative events each month or so. They provide complimentary drinks, snacks, and treats. For most positions, they maintain a hybrid work environment.

A more thorough annual employee evaluation would be better.

Throughout the years, I've had opportunities to work in several areas of the business and have learned so much.

Company is a small fish in a large industry. It's difficult to compete with bigger brands.
