      Pros

      International work environment with daily use of English and collaboration with global teams. Positive and professional atmosphere with strong opportunities for growth and skill development. Competent and supportive management focused on training. I was given trust and increasing responsibilities, including leading small teams and managing complex projects. The company invests in quality and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      The global structure leads to slow decision-making and delays in some projects. Complex organization with roles and responsibilities sometimes unclear. Internal procedures are strict, which limits operational flexibility. The corporate spinoff and subsequent transfer of part of the operations to Asia reduced professional opportunities in Europe.

      Pros

      Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
