      Pros

      Baxter offers a very collaborative and supportive work culture. The R&D team works closely together, and colleagues are always willing to help and share knowledge. It’s a great place to learn and grow, especially for early-career engineers and scientists. The work is meaningful, and you get to contribute to projects that truly impact patients’ lives.

      Cons

      Processes can sometimes be a bit slow due to the size of the company, but that’s expected in a large organization.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
