      Buenas prestaciones y gran equilibrio vida/trabajo

      Cons

      -equipo de liderazgo muy desconectado del día a día -cambian los Kpis cada año, poca continuidad de ideas - cambiaron al menos 2 veces las condiciones del bono anual, haciéndolo menos competitivo.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
