      Great training program, strong middle management team, cooperative and supporting team cumture

      Cons

      Work/life balance is a struggle here as most sales roles are always on call, and the hours can be brutal during competitive projects. Outside of calling in help from your team, who cover other territories you’re on your own.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
