Not much besides the people are nice. (Some of them)

Cons

Feels like big brother Micro management Promotion by who you know not what you know Very poor senior leadership- was goo around 2022/23 but went down hill extremely in 2025

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
