      Pros

      Job performance was judged fairly. Culture was very generous cross-functionally, but within the same function colleagues were very cold. standards were set very high.

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth, and reorganizations were common.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
