      Work and life flexibility is just about the only pro.

      Cons

      The company only cares about getting things developed ASAP and cut corners every chance they get. Quality was layed off so there is no accountability for ensuring that things are done right. No management support. Ethics has really dropped as everyone is cutting corners to meet demands with less. Constant layoffs. Uncertainty

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
