Some of the people who weren’t lazy were great to work with & pay was decent

*Zero to little training.
*Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion.

*Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation.
*Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished.
*6 day workweeks constantly
*No direct support from management.
