Pros

I have joined Baxter on 14th April 2026. During the recruitment and onboarding I had an amazing experience. All my requests were accommodated by the HRs. After joining I have felt like home as all my fellow teammates have been very supportive and helpful. Good Work culture and working hours flexibility is the major pros I would say.

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
