      I've gained some really valuable skills while developing my career here over the years. There are some really great people that work here and everyone takes the changes in direction in stride.

      You have to be able to deal with big company politics and slow processes.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
