      Knowledgeable people Peers help each other validation and quality are important attributes to Baxter Bioscience as a whole decisions are made slowly and often need to move to diffferent rings such as division and headquater

      Cons

      Management tends to look down on contractors and other lower level workers Clean room policies are tended to ignore when mgmt not on site
