      Good and stable organisatin to work with; quality products and strong sales force to back it up; strong country manager who has feet on the ground; compensation is good

      Small organisation and the three business lines have not grown as the way they should have grown; growth is below the market rate.

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
