Pros
They used to have a decent benefit package (pension, health insurance, cashback, cycle to work scheme etc.). Overtime and bank holidays are very well paid.
Cons
Overtime is expected almost every day and also working during bank holidays sometimes. It is difficult to cope with the irregular working hours in the long run.
