A real family that looks after each other One has a lot of space to develop internally if one asks for it Baxter offers opportunities if one wants them Managers are easy to approach, even the eSSC Director can be talked to at any given moment and is happy to help/ mentor Learning/mentoring opportunities are given freely if one likes to listen "People tend to come back to Baxter" ...I understand now why, thank you Tom!

well, nothing is without a little scratch but look, if you make gentle suggestions people will listen if it makes their life/ work easier
