      Free abuse from team manager regularly.

      Cons

      I wish had time to list them all. No strategic direction from higher management, making everything up as they go along. Shocking middle management structure, many woefully inadequate managers who were promoted based on been so long in company . Everyone fearful of job security and afraid to open their mouth. Every decision made is based on greed for more money, no forward planning whatsoever, everything is sales and we'll worry about the rest. If you want to feel bullied and be treated like your useless Baxter is the place for you.

      Pros

      Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
