Pros
Salary. Good friends without them I wouldn't stay there for a long time. When I start working it was good experience to learn as it was my first job but few years later the place got worse with management got big head and control freak.
Cons
Horrible place to work for. No communication between managements. They don't care if you have holiday etc. They expect you to drop everything for emergencies especially on weekends. I worked from 8.30am to 11pm and they still expect you to come in next day. You won't get any thanks. Good place for experience but don't stay there too long. I slept a lot when I left that job. I didn't realised how tired and sick I was.
