lots of personal development, pay rate on the high side

Very silo'ed (manufacturing vs compounding), senior (compounding ) management girls club, very political and toxic if you are not part of this "exclusive club", very gender unbalanced, needs a better balance at senior management level. Senior Quality Management team are micro-managers and bullies- do not listen to learn....creating a toxic environment- finger pointing and shifting liability....gossiping amongst senior management team...very unprofessional...
