      1. Employee Benefits like investing in Baxter shares 2. Minimum 100% variable pay is paid out 3. Good for having domain knowledge

      Cons

      1. Employee’s health is compromised to save cost. 2. Politics at its core for survival 3. Work from Home is not for all 4. Character judgement is always done for a female 5. Micromanagement even for the experienced resources 6. No allowances given for travel. Spend more and claim a limited amount only. 7. People hired for one role are given to work in another 8. Transport is very costly irrespective of where you stay

      Pros

      Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
