Except the Bonus which was 160%, nothing.
Cons
1. Employees are not treated fairly 2. Contractors are treated as God, without them the company won't run 3. HRs are arrogant and unavailable whenever required. 4. The company operates worse than Service Based companies and there are no benefits to the employees 5. Employee Salary is disclosed to Managers which is unfair and employees are assessed based on their salary and not technical capabilities. 6. There is no expectation set during hiring but once employees join they expect employees to be available 24 x 7 and 365 days a year. 7. There is no work-life balance for employees however Contractors enjoy all the benefits including Lunch Break, unlimited Snack Breaks, Walk Break, Dinner Breaks, Games and many others.
