      Pros

      Great coworkers, lovely working site, professional staff, great product range and a real commitment to helping patients.

      Cons

      Constant head count reduction since the appointment of the current CEO has destroyed staff morale. Most folk are assuming he is prepping the company for sale and as such people are leaving in droves. I left of my own choice to join another company because it was becoming too difficult to work at Baxter.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
