      Pros

      There is some flexibility with working remotely. Cafeteria is a nice perk.

      Cons

      Manager was inconsistent. No manager support. Layoffs to send work offshore. No growth opportunities. Will not send you to training or get your certification. The company is on a VERY tight budget - with everything including office supplies (it's byos - bring your own supplies)

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
