      Pros

      Pay is above average; benefits good but not up to par with other companies in pharma.

      Cons

      Everything else. This is a company that is run by some very ethically challenged people. Sales reps are corrupt, morally and professionally. Managers are indifferent at best, incompetent and mean spirited at worst.

      Really good pay, good management, company car, and overall decent work life balance.

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
