Decent Benifits, most people seem to want to do the right thing. Lots of politics and cliques for those who like that.
Cons
Clueless management, incompetence promoting incompetence. Complete lack of vision. Lack of focus, daily shifting priorities. Inability to focus on key issues, more worried about perception and reporting than actual progress. They are not knowing what they are doing!
