Lots of opportunity for advancement Truly believe in developing their employees Resources for management development through BioLife University. Forward-thinking company with great long range plans.
Cons
Although work/life balance is touted to be important, in a production/operations environment, it's not a priority-Baxter comes first. The higher someone goes, the more political the environment is. The higher the position, the more accountability and hours the person needs to be prepared to work to the detriment of any sort of family/personal life.
