Pros
Nothing good at all to say only a few a very few good colleges.
Cons
Not listened to always talked down by others. Having a good idea but never listened to. Management under mind employees below them theres no organisation and being yelled at every 10mins that you're doing something wrong by each person who has been trained for only 30 seconds before getting yelled at again by someone else. Been made to work 9 months wishing to take a few days off and told no should of booked it in January for the year.
