      Pros

      Great place to learn about aseptic manufacturing. People are willing to help you if you have questions or doubts. There are a lot of opportunities to get involved in improvement projects.

      Cons

      There is little emphasis on career development due to the contract manufacturing environment. There is no vacation roll over. Weekend work (rotation schedule)
