- Various businesses within the company gives the ability to move around - Good benefits (average compared to other pharma/medical companies) - Casual office environment
Cons
- Politics dictates career growth, not skill/experience/potential - "Boys Club" - Only time to negotiate compensation is when you join the company, no reward for company loyalty, new hires end up starting at higher salaries
