      Baxter is a large, global corporation with locations all over the world. It has great benefits and provides lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Provides an annual opportunity for feedback which is taken seriously and responded to by management. A good place to work.

      Cons

      Like all corporations today, understandably conscious of the bottom line. Some departments run very lean.
