Management is clueless. Management thinks a monkey can do your job. Unrealistic metrics. No work life balance. Cafeteria food: you are going to pay airport prices. Temperature issues (the company can’t keep the room temperature regulated; you’ll need a parka coat and a desk fan). Strange odors constantly emitted from HVAC system; prepare to have daily headaches.
