Started great now very poor - Manufacturing Associate Baxter Employee Review

Micro management. Lower level employees have very hard time getting pay increases. Most people wouldn't complain about OT but it's mandatory, nonstop. Very little appreciation for low levels. Upper management won't listen to employees who actually do the work. Wouldn't recommend anymore.
