Business Outlook
Pros
Corporate culture, great coworkers and lots of camaraderie. Plenty of learning opportunities. Sense of mission to help the world. You get to work with coworkers around the world!
Cons
Upper management seems to be disconnected from their employees. You are expected to work a lot of hours to meet your deadlines. Management never seems to hire additional help. The company will use you up and discard you (when you burn out). No sense of accountability among the employees. And some weird food served in the cafeteria.
