      Pros

      Great people. Deep knowledge of their products. Extensive, global network.

      Cons

      Everything is getting old. Aging product lines mean mgt is singularly focused on cost. Aging workforce means many people disconnected with where their products are in the market and afraid to take chances on new products. The result is a disengaged workforce that is whipped at will by directors and the like.

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
