      Work is manageable if you can multi-task well

      Cons

      If you can't commit to OT that was informed last minute, the manager will talk behind your back (literally) in another language saying you're dumb, stupid and useless. And does not want to take opportunity to prove yourself to the company. Highly NOT recommended.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
