      Sucks. New rules are made everyday and u better expect to follow them all or else. Cant even look at other ppl with out being burned at the stake

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
