Pros

People oriented and forgiving, collaborative culture and practice work life flexibility (allow to work from home and flexi hours).

Cons

Lack ownership. Culture emphasizes on collaboration and the need to navigate through the matrix structure. As a result, senior leaders do not take ownership and decision fearing it will hurt relationship and this is made worse when the company is so lack of process and integrated system. Thus, everything can be driven by personal influence which can be non-professional and far from best practice especially when the leader lacks capabilities. .
