      Pros

      Salary + benefits are better than what I see in the industry. There are many opportunities at multiple locations. Strong at strategy

      Cons

      Strong at strategy, but weak at execution. The company recently split and needs to modernize. However, the stock profile and its investor are too risk averse... as such its management is the same in that nobody wants to take a risk.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
