-Large corporate structure means making quick changes to procedure as needed is VERY slow.
-Once you're on a team, you're basically waiting for your supervisor to advance, change jobs or retire for any natural advancement. There's very little growth opportunity with in the same job. You'll need to apply elsewhere within the company to grow your career. This is fairly common at large companies, but still frustrating to deal with over multiple years.
