Baxter cares about patient outcomes and improving the quality of patient lives. Great benefits packages, ability for switching positions/team and upward movement.
Cons
Leadership didn't consider the impact of the changes they constantly made on the people. Many life-long employees who blocked change and were very difficult to work with.
