Stable company in medical field, good pay and benefits, world wide company, good learning opportunities.
Cons
Very conservative, management stuck in 1950's work mentality, 40 hours is minimum, engineers often work 60+ hours 6-7 days per week to fix issues, very controlling, mundane atmosphere, bonuses are difficult to achieve.
