Pros
The people doing the actual work are great and caring people. They take pride in their work and strive to make a quality product.
Cons
Completely unrealistic project schedules with little regard for patient safety. Management does not listen to the concerns of those doing the work and frequently forces corners to be cut to "bring in the schedule". Constantly forced to be reactive instead of proactive.
