      There are no positives about Baxter

      Cons

      The round lake facility is a very toxic place to work they mandate people to work over 60 hours a week and no one follows procedures I have witnessed an employee smoking weed in one of the changing rooms use to put on ppe in the non ceph department

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
