      -nice name on your resume -if you're older, they have a weight loss and nutrition partner that has an app

      Cons

      -gross leadership (known to even question pto time) -unrealistic numbers -praise reps in established territories who are farming instead of supporting those hunting

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
